Mercari handles eligible returns through its Buyer Protection process, not through an ordinary change-of-mind returns program. If an item is materially different from its description, damaged in shipping or inauthentic, report the problem through the order's status or rating screen within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and before the transaction completes.
